DTF Printer (Direct-to-Film)

No plates, print from a single piece, works on light and dark fabric. DTF is the workhorse process for custom apparel and small-batch orders — here are all Fuliyin DTF models with the selection basics.

Selection Basics

Four things to settle before buying a DTF printer

Width, capacity, consumables and after-sales scope decide whether the machine actually takes your orders.

Step 1: pick the width

A 42 cm (A2) all-in-one suits studios and sampling; 60 cm is the mainstream production width with better layout efficiency and lower unit cost.

Step 2: pick the capacity

Dual head for frequent small batches; quad or six head for continuous production. The powder shaker can be integrated or a separate unit.

Step 3: buy consumables together

Ink, film and powder are matched to the machine — ordering as a set secures colour consistency and long-term supply.

Step 4: confirm the service scope

One-year warranty on core components, lifetime technical support, installation, operator training and consumable resupply from the same contact.

FAQ

DTF buying FAQ

Three answers that speed up the conversation.

DTF or DTG — which one?+

DTF prints onto film and is then heat-pressed: it handles dark garments, starts from one piece and needs no pre-treatment. DTG prints directly on the garment with a softer hand, but requires pre-treatment and tighter fabric matching. For batch customisation DTF is usually the better fit.

Which size for a first machine?+

For sampling and small batches, a 42 cm (A2) all-in-one. For steady production, go 60 cm: start with dual head and move to quad or six head by capacity. Send us your order volume and artwork size for a free assessment and sample.

Do you supply consumables as well?+

Yes. Ink, film and hot-melt powder ship matched to the machine, with set pricing and long-term supply so you never have to source elsewhere.
