UV DTF Crystal Label Printer

Print onto A/B film, then apply. Rigid, curved and irregular surfaces are all covered — UV DTF is the most flexible surface decoration route for packaging and promotional gifts.

Selection Basics

Start from what you need to apply the label to

Substrate shape, width and desired effect decide the machine and consumables.

Confirm the substrate first

Acrylic, glass, metal, plastic and leather — UV DTF needs no plate and suits heat-sensitive substrates where UV flatbed printing is not an option.

Choose the width and output

A3 (4203U / 4201U) for sampling and small batches; 60 cm (6503U) for packaging and label orders, with more pieces per layout and lower unit cost.

Decide on special effects

The gold-foil series (6504U PLUS) adds a metallic finish on top of the A/B film process for gifts and brand labels.

Match ink and film

UV DTF ink and A/B film are matched to the machine — a set purchase keeps adhesion, scratch resistance and transfer quality consistent.

FAQ

UV DTF buying FAQ

Three answers before you choose a model.

How is UV DTF different from a UV flatbed printer?+

A UV flatbed prints directly onto the object and needs it to lie flat inside the machine. UV DTF prints onto A/B film and is then applied — irregular, curved and already-finished products can be labelled, which suits packaging decoration better.

Is it scratch resistant? Can it be used outdoors?+

Indoor applications show stable adhesion and scratch resistance. For long-term outdoor exposure we recommend a sample test to confirm the process and any over-lamination.

A3 or 60 cm?+

A3 for sampling and mixed small batches; 60 cm for packaging and label volume, where multiple images per layout significantly reduce unit cost.
