For bulk cut-piece printing in a garment factory, how do I choose between sublimation and DTF?+
It mainly depends on fabric and order structure: for polyester and synthetic fabrics with large quantities of the same cut piece, sublimation with transfer paper offers lower cost and suits continuous production; for cotton and blended fabrics with many styles in small batches, DTF is more flexible without plate making. The two can also be combined into one line — send us samples and we will recommend the full configuration.
